The terms that apply to Building Bridges Offices memberships and to this website.

Memberships
A membership gives you the use of the space described in your package for each billing period. Memberships are personal to the member's practice or company.
Billing and taxes
Packages are billed in advance at the start of each billing period, in Canadian dollars. Prices are shown before tax; applicable GST/HST is added at checkout based on your billing address.
If a payment fails we will email you and retry. Access may be suspended while an invoice remains unpaid.
Changes and cancellation
You may switch to another package with the same billing frequency at any time from your portal; the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
You may cancel at any time from your portal. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded.
Using the space
Treat the space, other members and their clients with respect, keep shared rooms tidy and follow the building's rules. We may end a membership for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the billing period in which the claim arose. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
